Dr. Nandi Nelson is a clinician, CEO, and educator who helps clinicians build aligned, ethical, and sustainable ABA businesses. As the CEO of Social Behavior Learning Solutions, she combines clinical expertise with real-world operational leadership to guide clinicians through the transition from practitioner to confident CEO.

With dual credentials as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Certified Behavior Analyst–Doctoral Level, Dr. Nelson brings a multidimensional perspective to behavioral health. Her career began with a passion for supporting families, and a pivotal experience during graduate school led her to autism services and the world of developmental disabilities.

For more than eight years, she has built and led a million dollar multi-service ABA organization, developed center, school, and home-based programs, managed diverse clinical teams, and created systems that support ethical, sustainable care. Her work bridges clinical practice, operational clarity, leadership identity, and clinician wellbeing.

As a speaker and educator, she provides training, workshops, and leadership development for clinicians, teams, and emerging ABA entrepreneurs. She is also the author of Jake’s Adventures: A Trip to Summer Camp, a children’s book promoting acceptance of peers with autism.
